When things go wrong, we will fix them fast. If the problem cannot be solved quickly onsite, repairs will be carried out at our own or our supplier’s workshop. All our technicians have relevant technical training and many years of experience in professional AV equipment.
As the only company in the market, AV-Huset grants a 12-month service guarantee on all repairs (excl. of lamps and damage due to vandalism).
Benefits of a service agreement
We can also offer you a service agreement. A tailored service agreement will deliver effective, long-term protection for your investment, extend the working life of your AV system and also save you money. A service agreement can be subscribed to both new and existing AV equipment and customized to your needs.
Service includes both preventative AV maintenance with regular visits and reactive AV maintenance with support onsite and fault resolution.
AV equipment that is often used and moved around, should have a yearly inspection where everything is adjusted and cleaned. Our experienced technicians ensure that your equipment is always in safe hands – whether it’s an old projector or the latest digital equipment.
A service agreement may include:

- Free software updates for servicing
